At Pop Figures, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can get back to styling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipping

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized collection point within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
